The International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS)

The IAAS Local Committee (LC) at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is one of the branches of the IAAS organization. IAAS LC UIN SGD Bandung is actively engaged in various activities that support the development of agricultural sciences and concrete actions at both local and international levels, with the slogan “Think Globally, Act Locally!” reflecting its commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Meaning of Our Cabinet

Sangga means a foundation or support, while Cakra refers to a wheel or dynamic movement toward growth. This represents the spirit of IAAS LC UIN SGD for the 2024/2025 period as a driving force that actively supports positive development - for both its members and the organization itself

Our Programs

  • EXPRONAS - Exchange Program

    The National Exchange Program (EXPRONAS) is a one-month internship and volunteering initiative for agriculture students across Indonesia.

  • LEARNOVATION - STD Program

    Learnovation introduced sustainable agriculture to early learners through EcoPrint , with the theme Eco-Innovators: Crafting, Learning, and Growing Together. 

  • EUFORIAAS - Project & STD Program

    The EUFORIAAS program is a concrete effort to provide environmental education to people of all ages. 

  • IOP & BOS - HRD Program

    IOP (IAAS Orientation Program) and Building on Success (BOS) are mandatory activities in IAAS to introduce new members to the organization’s culture, vision, mission, and roles at the local, national, and global levels.
